- Newborn feeding setup (bottle and breast), diapering, soothing, swaddling, and safe-sleep monitoring
- Meal Planning & Nutrition Support
- Preparation of balanced meals and snacks designed for lactation and healing
- Light Housekeeping & Errands
- Laundry, dishes, bed-making, light cleaning, and grocery runs
- Emotional & Educational Support
- One-on-one encouragement, baby‐care coaching, safe-sleep education, and referrals for lactation or mental-health resources
